Sourcing Manager (12-month maternity cover)

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team on a 12-month maternity cover assignment.

We are entering an exciting phase where we are strengthening our personal insurance provider network while simultaneously developing new solutions, partnerships, and ways of working within Health Insurance and DSS Hälsa. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic partnership management, supplier governance, procurement activities, and business development in a dynamic and evolving environment.

About the Role

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with healthcare providers and key partners across Sweden. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure high-quality services, strong commercial performance, and alignment with business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include driving procurement and tender processes, negotiating agreements, managing contract renewals, and monitoring supplier performance, service quality, cost optimization, and contractual compliance. You will identify opportunities to improve customer access, quality, and geographical coverage, while strengthening long-term partnerships through collaboration and regular business reviews.

You will also contribute to strategic projects related to healthcare services, digital providers, and future service models, including the development of PI partnerships, products, and health concepts. As a business representative in transformation initiatives and system developments, you will help shape future solutions and ensure they support business needs.

About the Team

You will join the Strategic Partnerships team, an engaged Nordic team responsible for developing and managing our PI provider network and key business relationships. We work across markets and functions, combining commercial thinking, operational excellence, and strategic development. As a Nordic team, we value autonomy, ownership, and independent decision-making, while collaboration and accountability are central to how we work.

Who Are You?

You are driven and motivated by creating value through partnerships. You enjoy working both strategically and operationally and are comfortable navigating and making decisions in a stakeholder environment.

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to combine business insight with practical execution. You are proactive, curious, and thrive in an environment undergoing change and development.

You also have:

• Experience in partner management, supplier management, procurement, business development, project management or PI networks
• Experience negotiating and managing supplier relationships
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to independently drive projects and strategic initiatives
• Understanding of personal insurance or service provider environments is an advantage
• Experience working across functions and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Swedish

Employment Type: Fixed-term maternity cover (12 months)
