Recruiter – Engineering & Technology

Position Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle and delivering high-quality talent to the Engineering & Technology (E&T) organization within a leading aerospace and aeronautics environment.

This position partners closely with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and internal teams to develop targeted recruiting strategies, build qualified candidate pipelines, and provide guidance throughout the selection and offer process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Engineering & Technology positions.
• Source, identify, engage, and recruit highly qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure qualified talent is available for hiring leader consideration.
• Partner with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and internal teams to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies.
• Drive employer brand awareness and communicate the organization's candidate value proposition to attract top talent.
• Guide hiring teams through:
  • Candidate evaluation
  • Interview and selection processes
  • Hiring decisions
  • Offer development and negotiation
• Negotiate competitive employment offers while effectively communicating career opportunities, benefits, and organizational culture.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure recruiting and hiring activities comply with established policies, procedures, and processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with other recruiting technologies and software solutions.
• Perform additional recruiting-related duties as assigned.
