In this role you will be responsible forexecuting end-to-end S2P processes, including invoice processing, payment administration, vendor account reconciliation, employee expense management, and month-end closing activities.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Process, verify, and accurately post supplier invoices, payments, and employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.

  • Manage vendor account reconciliations and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Support month-end closing activities through account reconciliations, reporting, and maintenance of accurate financial records.

  • Provide responsive support to vendors, employees, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective issue resolution and service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and corporate policies while driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

     If you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Strong knowledge ofAccounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, payment administration, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

  • Proficiency inERP systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Understanding ofaccounting principles, SOX controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards to ensure financial accuracy and policy adherence.

  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and across cross-functional teams.
