Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedTextile Marketing Manager with expertise inhome textiles, particularlytowels and bathrobes, to lead marketing and business development efforts acrossEU, UK, and USA markets for our client. The role requires a strong background in international textile marketing,buyer management, andtrade promotion, with the ability to craft effective strategies that increase exports, boost brand visibility, and expand global client networks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and executemarketing and export strategies for towels, bathrobes, and other home textile products across international markets.
• Identify and onboardnew buyers, importers, distributors, and retailers in the EU, UK, and USA.
• Manage and strengthenlong-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent sales growth and repeat business.
• Conductmarket analysis to understand global textile trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Lead participation ininternational trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings, representing the company and securing business opportunities.
• Coordinate with theproduction and design teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs and buyer requirements.
• Overseedigital and B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging online platforms such as LinkedIn, Alibaba, and trade portals.
• Prepare and presentmarketing reports, sales forecasts, and strategy reviews for senior management.
• Ensure all marketing activities maintainbrand identity and compliance with export standards.
• Monitor and optimizemarketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum5–7 years of experience intextile marketing and export sales, preferably inhome textiles (towels, bathrobes, or linens).
• Strong understanding ofinternational textile trade, including export documentation, pricing, and compliance.
• Proven success indeveloping new markets and managing key accounts acrossEU, UK, and USA regions.
• Experience indigital B2B marketing,trade fairs, andbuyer engagement strategies.
• Ability toanalyze market trends and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
• Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills for international client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Textile Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency inCRM systems,LinkedIn Sales Navigator, andB2B marketing tools.
• Knowledge oftextile manufacturing processes andproduct development will be an added advantage.
• Highly organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple international accounts.
