Overview
The Certified Medical Assistant Coordinator collaborates with the Assistant Practice Manager and the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient and effective clinical operations of a practice. Assumes responsibility and accountability for daily clinical operations. Supports employees with solutions for everyday operational needs. Manage multiple projects and performs special work assignments as needed. Support Assistant Practice Manager, Practice Manager, Director and other leadership team members as needed. Collaborate with cross-departmental/divisional teams to achieve goals. Takes initiative and implements new processes independently. Acts as a role model for the clinical team and subject matter expert in clinical areas.
Experience
- One year of administrative experiencerequired
- One year of medical office experiencerequired
- Two years of patient care experiencerequired
Education
- High School Diploma OR equivalencyrequired
Certification
Must have one of the following on the first day of employment:
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Registered Medical Assistant
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
- Certified EMT (EMT-B)
BLS within 90 days of hire date
Medication Administration certification or training preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $25.92 - $37.60 hourly.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
