JOB SUMMARY:

This role defines end-to-end Infor M3 solutions that align business processes, ERP capabilities, and enterprise integrations. The architect guides solution design, implementation, and optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and finance. Promote standard CloudSuite capabilities and process alternatives before endorsing customization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):

• Own end-to-end Infor M3 solution architecture and maintain the ERP roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs using standard M3 capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution documentation.
• Define integration patterns using Infor ION, APIs, and enterprise interfaces.
• Guide M3 configurations, extensions, data migration, and complex issue resolution.
• Review designs for security, performance, maintainability, and Infor RIM readiness.
• Partner with delivery teams on testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
• Establish architecture standards and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years as a functional solution architecture or senior consulting experience with Infor M3 with any of the following environments: Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
• Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end ERP solutions across multiple companies, divisions, regions, integrations, and operational models.
• Experience leading fit-to-standard, requirements analysis, configuration design, testing, cutover, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Ability to evaluate customization objectively and explain tradeoffs involving efficiency, complexity, testing, release risk, support cost, and lifecycle value.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence business leaders, analysts, technical teams, and partners without relying on direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with Infor M3 CloudSuite configuration and extension approaches.
• Experience designing integrations using Infor ION, M3 APIs, and data interfaces.
• Must have experience designing solution architectures across different enterprise systems, including Infor M3 and integrated applications, and defining solution blueprints, fit-gap assessments, and architecture standards.
• Must have experience working with development teams, project management (PM) teams, and business analysts (BAs) to align requirements, solution designs, and delivery, in partnership with QA teams and implementation partners.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and solution delivery governance.
• Experience supporting end-to-end testing, data migration, and production cutover.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex cross-functional ERP issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Infor M3 certifications and experience with multi-site ERP deployments.
• Experience with Infor OS, document management, workflow, and reporting solutions.
• Deep knowledge of several relevant M3 cloud areas, such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, product and item management, inventory, warehousing, shipping, quality, or maintenance.
