This technical SME will define, craft, implement, review, advise, and guide implementation of workforce identity architecture and will take a strong hands-on role, working with diverse teams across United as well as with external partners to define and support identity innovation. On any given day, the Architect can be pulled in to design a business appropriate technical solution, evaluate a new tool, contribute to short and long-term strategic workforce identity roadmaps, or provide guidance and solutions for IAM relevant standards and frameworks, and protocols. The architect must be comfortable presenting to executive leadership and with designing and documenting architectural flows and processes, as well as successfully implementing these flows and processes, across a range of capabilities (in collaboration with identity engineers).
