Title: Data Solutions Architect
Duration: 4/19/27, potential extension
Location: 3 days onsite in Irving, TX or Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a "Data as a Product" strategy for the domain.
- Develop target-state data architecture using modern techniques — lakehouse architectures and ETL-free architecture via data virtualization / data mesh.
- Define migration approach from legacy batch-ETL platforms toward the target architecture.
- Partner with Enterprise/Solution Architects on portfolio-level data architecture alignment.
- Extensive experience as a data architect on large-scale data platform modernization initiatives.
- Hands-on familiarity with lakehouse architecture, data mesh, and data virtualization approaches.
- Practical experience migrating legacy ETL platforms (e.g. Ab Initio, Informatica) to modern architectures is highly relevant.
- Prefer banking and capital markets experience
