Responsibilities

• Support the sales teams to qualify leads, identify customers' pain points, and translate technologies into solutions that meet customers' business goals.
• Draw on technical expertise and sales acumen to lead the qualification process through demos, presentations, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops.
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and hands-on POCs by owning the overall process and ensuring strong collaboration across all stakeholders; convert POCs into contracts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, both internally and externally, through thought leadership, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of the full range of technologies ByteDance B2B provides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the solution, product, strategy, and R&D teams to help shape the product roadmap based on market feedback in your region.
• Build or improve tools and processes to help scale highly customized technical POCs.
• Present to C-suite, business, and technical stakeholders to raise brand awareness of ByteDance B2B across APAC, articulating both business and technical value.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and drive adoption of ByteDance solutions among existing customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience, preferably solution engineering, cloud solution consultant and pre-sales role; Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with past projects.
• Experience with using agent tools like Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Kiro, or Copilot.
• Experience in architecting solutions that integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open-source models, and cloud-based AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, etc.
• Possess deep industry expertise in one or more sectors, such as AI-native, digital-native, e-commerce, entertainment, or FSI. Along with keen regional market insights and strong product sales capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of agent core concepts and design patterns.
• Experience in developing agents using open-source and cloud-native agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, Managed Agent, AgentCore, Agent Builder, etc.
• Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business and technical narratives.
• Experience in project management with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous "startup" environments; Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong team player with attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture mindset.
