Responsibilities

• Work with Sales team to define GenAI and data analytics solution strategy, and build success cases in Thailand market.
• Localize GenAI and data analytics solution in SEA region and build solution differentiators according to market needs.
• Call upon Technical Expertise and Sales Acumen to lead the Qualification process through Demos, Presentations, Architecture Design Sessions & Technical Workshops.
• Lead RFPs/RFIs/Hands-on POCs by owning the overall process, and ensuring an optimum collaboration across all stakeholders. Convert POCs into Contracts.
• Become a Trusted Advisor Internally and Externally by providing Thought Leadership, Industry Knowledge, and deep understanding across all Technologies that BytePlus is providing.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders including Solution Team, Product Team, Strategy, and R&D, to help influence product roadmap based on Market Feedback in your region.
• Build or improve Tools and Processes to help scale highly customized Technical POCs.
• Present to C-Suite, Business and Technical stakeholders to help raise brand awareness of ByteDance B2B across APAC. Articulate Business and Technical value.
• Upsell, cross-sell and drive adoption of ByteDance solutions for existing customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related technical field.
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably solution engineering, IT solution consultant and pre-sales role; Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with past projects.
• AI tooling: Experience with using Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Kiro, or Copilot.
• Generative AI: Proven hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models), as well as cloud-based model services (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, AliCloud Model Studio, etc.). Better to have knowledge of media generation models, like video, image, and audio generation models.
• Agentic AI: Well-versed in open-source and cloud-native agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, Managed Agent, AgentCore, Agent Builder, etc.). Has deep knowledge of agent architecture, core concepts and design patterns, with hands-on experience in building and implementing production-grade agent systems.
• GTM: Possess deep industry expertise in one or more sectors, such as AI-native, digital-native, e-commerce, entertainment, or FSI. Along with keen regional market insights and strong product sales capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product experience in GenAI or Public Cloud or Edge Network (CDN).
• Experience working with large enterprise clients in verticals like Retail, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, etc.
• Basic to advanced developer skills is a plus.
