Solution Architect - SAP FICO RE_FX Consultant

We are seeking an experiencedSolution Architect to lead SAP S/4HANA solution design and delivery across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules, supporting global business stakeholders through full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
• Recommend SAP best-practice solutions to meet business needs
• Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows
• Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842) processes
• Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting
• Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing and support business users
• Support data migration and validation activities
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Provide post-go-live support and user training
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of SAP standard and fit-to-standard practices

Requirements

• 12-15 years of overall IT experience, with 12+ years in SAP S/4HANA FICO and strong exposure to SAP RE-FX
• Experience in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842)
• Knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes
• Experience across end-to-end SAP project lifecycles including configuration, testing, migration, and deployment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
