Title: Solution Architect
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)
Duration: 6 Months 

Salary Range: C$65 INC

Introduction

Join our team as a Solution Architect, where you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives and ensure the safe adoption of new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years as an architect or proven strong technical leadership transitioning to architecture
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology partners
• Curiosity to develop fluency in the Operations business domain and expertise in the supporting technology
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology and business strategy
• Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of messaging systems and event-driven architecture
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or OCP)
• Prior work experience in the financial services industry or similarly complex regulated enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to agentic AI architectures, LLM deployment patterns, or enterprise AI governance frameworks
• Exposure to workflow and document management technologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop deep working knowledge of operational workflow and document management technologies
• Design solutions that bring the business vision to life while maintaining reliability
• Partner closely with delivery teams to evolve the technical roadmap for products
• Ensure safe adoption of technology considering traditional security best practices and emerging threats
• Build relationships with product owners and delivery leads to understand business needs
• Analyze options to meet business needs and rigorous safety and performance standards
• Present solutions to business partners and governance forums for feedback and approval
• Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a solution
