AtKinestry, we’re building the next generation of AI-powered HR technology. Our platform,NexGig, is reimagining how organizations attract, engage, evaluate, hire, onboard, and manage talent.
As we take NexGig to the Global market, we’re looking for aSolution Architect at the intersection ofAI × Product × Technology × Customers.

This isn't your typical Solution Architect role.

You’ll be the technical brain behind our Go-to-Market engine, working closely with our VP of Growth, customers, Product, Engineering, and technology partners.
🧠 Where can AI create real value in HR workflows?
🤖 When should we use an LLM, an AI agent, or workflow automation?
🔗 How do we integrate with an enterprise’s existing HR tech ecosystem?
⚙️ How do we turn an impressive demo into a production-ready solution?
📈 How do we improve AI quality, reliability, and time-to-value?

You’ll help answer questions like:
🧠 Where can AI genuinely create value in this customer’s HR workflow?
🤖 Should this be an LLM workflow, an AI agent, automation—or something else?
🚀 And how do we turn one customer problem into a scalable product capability?

What you’ll do:
→ Lead technical demos, solution design, proposals, and RFPs.
→ Translate GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and workflows into practical business solutions.
→ Drive implementations from solution design and integrations to go-live and optimization.
→ Work across ATS, HRIS/HCM, Talent Acquisition, CRM, and assessment platforms.
→ Collaborate with Product & Engineering to turn customer challenges into scalable product capabilities.
→ Help build robust practices for AI testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Who should apply?
Professionals with 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, SaaS Implementation, or Product Technology, with hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI/LLM-powered products.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise customer requirements is essential.
Experience in HR Tech, HCM, Talent Acquisition, or platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Bullhorn, or SAP SuccessFactors is a major plus.
