About The Job:

• Required Experience: 8+ Years
• The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining the end-to-end technology architecture for the Digital Transformation Platform, including enterprise applications, web portals, workflow automation, integrations, data architecture, security, and cloud services.
• The role will ensure seamless integration between business applications, ERP, HRMS, Finance systems, CRM platforms, external systems, and custom applications while maintaining scalability, security, performance, and governance standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Define enterprise-wide technology architecture and solution blueprints.
• Design application, data, integration, and security architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical governance forums.
• Create scalable and maintainable solutions using low-code platforms, custom development frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.
• Design API-first and event-driven integration architectures.
• Define integration patterns for internal and external enterprise systems.
• Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and architecture principles.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, audit, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend appropriate platforms, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Support implementation, deployment, go-live, and production stabilization activities.
• Provide technical leadership across multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Experience designing and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience leading multi-vendor implementation and delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem architecture and integrations.
• Strong experience in enterprise application integration and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience defining architecture governance, design standards, and technology roadmaps.
• Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
