Pay Range: $35 - $38/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and develop product requirements, test plans, and test protocols.
  • Execute software and computer system verification protocols.
  • Document and enhance medical device functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality, and regulatory to achieve product delivery objectives.
  • Participate in scrum team meetings and progress through onboarding training to understand system construction and testing methodologies.
  • Engage in the execution and updating of existing test methods, as well as the creation of new test methods.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related fields.
  • Experience with development and analysis of product requirements.
  • Proficiency in executing test methods/protocols on hardware and software projects.
  • Strong documentation skills, capable of producing polished, detail-oriented technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with issue management systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) for creating, triaging, and tracking issues.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and document progress on tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with high-end workstations and network hardware.
  • Understanding of the engineering change process and enterprise/document management systems (e.g., Windchill).
  • Experience with documentation tools like Word and Visio.
  • Familiarity with the electrophysiology space, including ECG waveforms and safety testing.
