Pay Range: $28 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct testing according to established standards and procedures
Ensure tests are executed per defined protocols
Submit comprehensive test results as required
Register and track detected bugs/issues, following up on fixes
Adapt to a fast-paced business environment
Travel for field testing when necessary
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure effective communication

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of experience in software testing or development
Tech savvy with intermediate-level skills in Microsoft solutions and mobile devices
Familiarity with Fintech solutions and knowledge of market trends
Experience in the Mobile/Telecom industry is desirable
Strong time-management skills and punctuality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience testing web-based systems and applications on mobile devices
Proficient in working with test scripts and test cases
Experience with digital wallets; familiarity with Client/Apple Wallet is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
