Software Engineering - Software Engineer III

Location: Remote - USA

Salary Range: $95/hr.

Introduction

We are seeking a Software/Solution Engineer to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into the company's Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This role focuses on onboarding work — handling the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests — so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. It is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 3–5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations/systems work.
• Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.
• Backend/software engineering skills — writing and configuring production-quality code.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners.
• Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience at large tech companies (e.g., Google, comparable big-tech firms).
• Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Handle the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other organizations.
• Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake → cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.
• Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.
