Description
Our client is seeking a Software Engineer Manager with expertise in AI for a contract position in Charlotte, NC.
The role involves managing engineering teams, delivering AI solutions, and working with cloud technologies.
Experience in healthcare technology is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of software engineers in delivering AI solutions.
Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning applications.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience technologies.
Implement agile methodologies to manage project timelines and quality.
Qualifications
10+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Experience in healthcare technology, specifically patient access and revenue cycle workflows.
Proficient in cloud computing platforms and AI technologies.
Strong programming skills in Python and at least one other language such as Java or Go.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and regulated environments.
