As a Software Engineer, you will embark on a high-impact career journey, serving as a key driver of efficiency within a large-scale enterprise system. In this job, you will automate complex workflows, leveraging CI/CD mastery to streamline the entire software delivery lifecycle.Â
Technical & Strategic Responsibilities
System Architecture:Â Translate complex mission requirements into scalable software designs and technical roadmaps.
Advanced Data Engineering:Â Expertise in handling massive datasets and optimizing performance for high-stakes environments.
Quality Assurance Oversight:Â Lead the creation of global test plans and oversee the execution of rigorous QA procedures.
DevOps Proficiency:Â Advanced skill in managing automated CI/CD environments using Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Bamboo.
Required Skills and Education
  Minimum 14 years of experience in high-complexity software contracts and programs.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).Mastery of Python, C, or C++ with experience in multi-platform (Windows/UNIX) architecture.Demonstrated experience leading software teams and mentoring junior developers.Â
Preferred Skills and Education
Familiarity with Elasticsearch.Front End development experience.Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering under tight resource constraints.About BAE Systems, Inc.
