Key Responsibilities

• Maintain & Modernize Legacy Platforms: Support, enhance, and optimize existingDelphi (Object Pascal) applications while actively participating in modernizing legacy features into next-generation web architectures.

• Develop & Automate Low-Code Solutions: Build and customizeZoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, Analytics), writingDeluge scripts, workflows, custom functions, and blueprints to automate business processes.

• Build Full Stack Applications & Services: Engineer scalable full stack web features and back-end services usingPython (Django) orC#/.NET alongside modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

• Design Web Integrations & APIs: Implement RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integrations viaZoho Flow/Catalyst to sync data seamlessly across Delphi, Zoho, database engines, and third-party systems.

• Manage Data & Query Performance: Write efficientSQL queries and maintain data integrity acrossMS SQL Server and internal enterprise platforms.

• Collaborate & Deliver Quality Code: Partner directly with product teams and business users to translate requirements into well-tested, documented code while practicing CI/CD and Git version control.

What You Bring

• Core Experience:2 to 4 years of professional software development experience bridging legacy platforms and modern web applications.

• Technical Stack Expertise: Hands-on experience withDelphi (Object Pascal),Zoho platforms (Deluge scripting, custom workflows),Python (Django) orC#/.NET, and modern front-end tech (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React/Vue/Angular).

• Integrations & Databases: Solid knowledge ofREST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and advancedSQL (MS SQL Server) for data management and integration.

• Modern Tooling & Cloud Exposure: Familiarity withGit, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure exposure or Zoho certifications are a plus).

• Growth & Ownership Mindset: Eager to expand full stack expertise under senior engineering mentorship, take ownership of production issues, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

• Communication:Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate directly with North American product managers and cross-functional teams.
