Software Engineer L1 - TS/SCI with Poly required

Subject: TS/SCI Software Engineer (C++/Python | Full Stack | Kubernetes) – Mission Program

Job Description:

We are seeking aSoftware Engineer (TS/SCI Cleared) with experience infull-stack development, systems programming, and containerized environments to support a mission-critical program within the Intelligence Community.

This role blends backend systems development inC/C++ and Python with modern deployment practices usingKubernetes and Docker, supporting both development and integration efforts across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintainfull-stack applications supporting mission workflows
• Build backend services usingC/C++ and Python (SWORD framework)
• SupportDevelopmental & Verification Testing (DVT) across system components
• Deploy and manage applications inKubernetes environments
• Work withcontainerization tools (Docker) for consistent builds and deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance (or higher)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with:
  • C/C++
  • Python (SWORD or similar frameworks)
  • Full-stack development
• Experience supportingtesting/validation efforts (DVT or similar)
• Exposure toKubernetes and containerized environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience withDocker and container build pipelines
• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working onIC/DoD programs
• Understanding ofdistributed systems or microservices architectures
