Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilledSoftware Engineer III – Growth Marketing Engineer to support subscription-focused growth marketing initiatives. This role combines software engineering, data engineering, marketing technology, and experimentation to build and maintain systems that enable targeted campaigns and measure customer conversion.

The ideal candidate has strong experience withdeep linking, mobile attribution, SQL/data pipelines, advertising platform integrations, conversion tracking, and A/B testing. You will partner closely with growth marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to build scalable solutions that improve campaign execution and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering solutions supportingsubscription growth marketing campaigns.
• Build and integratedeep linking and mobile attribution capabilities for marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintaincustom audience data tables and supporting data pipelines.
• Integrate with advertising platforms to support:
  • Ad pixels
  • Conversion tracking
  • Custom audiences
  • Campaign measurement
• Support targeted email campaigns through reliable data and engineering integrations.
• Build tools and services that enablegrowth experiments and A/B testing.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and data workflows supporting marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines that deliver accurate and timely campaign and audience data.
• Troubleshoot issues across marketing technology, data pipelines, attribution, and campaign integrations.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor campaign integrations and investigate discrepancies in attribution, conversion, and audience data.
• Contribute to scalable engineering practices, automation, testing, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience as aSoftware Engineer, preferably in growth, marketing technology, consumer products, or data-focused engineering.
• Hands-on experience withdeep linking and mobile attribution.
• StrongSQL skills and experience working with data pipelines.
• Experience integrating withadvertising platforms, including:
  • Ad pixels
  • Conversion tracking
  • Custom audiences
• Strong programming experience inPython.
• Experience with one or more of:
  • Hack
  • PHP
  • Java
  • JavaScript
• Hands-on experience withA/B testing and growth experimentation.
• Strong understanding of data quality, pipelines, integrations, and campaign measurement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, analytics, and product teams.
