Key Responsibilities
- Handle the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs.
- Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake → cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.
- Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work.
- Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.
- Backend/software engineering skills — writing and configuring production-quality code.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners.
- Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change.
Must have skills:
- System integration experience (integrating new/acquired systems into existing platforms)
- Programming in Hack, Python, and Java
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have skills:
- Experience at large tech companies
- Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines
