Software Engineer

Location: Johnston, IA (100% onsite) Duration: 24 months Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; minimal overtime

Role Summary: Entry-level Software Engineer responsible for developing, testing, enhancing, and supporting applications used in a call center environment. Duties include programming, internal user support, application/server management, data analysis, and translating business requirements into technical solutions using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of software development/programming experience; recent graduates with relevant internships are considered.
Programming: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, C#, ASP.NET, jQuery, and SQL.
Tools: Visual Studio 2022, Sublime Text, SourceTree, and GitHub.
Experience with Agile development, software testing, documentation, and application enhancements.
Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
AWS experience is preferred.
