Location : Bellandhur Eco Space , Bengaluru - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer who will be deeply involved in the technical aspects of developing AI powered Agentic capabilities for Engineer Operations related such as

PerfInsight Agent - Partner with Appfabric, Observability & Operations team Identify UX & Service Performance dips and identify root cause and Remediation.
AvailInsight Agent - Develop an Agent to Identify Rootcause & Remediation for Availability dips.
Tech Mandates Agent - Develop an agent to perform Java 21 and or other Tech upgrades.
FMEA Testing Agent - Agentic solution to run FMEA tests automatically leveraging Playwright and or other automation tools.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and robust integration of our platform with diverse client environments.

Responsibilities

Technical Design & Architecture: Develop and document detailed technical designs ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with architects and engineers to define optimal solutions.
API Development & Strategy: Design, develop, and maintain robust AI powered agentic solutions leveraging python, langchain, langfuse, and other relevant technologies. Leverage Splunk and other data for UX and Service health.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement Agentic non-deterministic evaluations leveraging existing VEP solutions and pipelines
Technical Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations, providing timely and effective solutions. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering scrum teams, core operations, to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing success of integration projects.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Expert in designing and conducting experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and controlled experiments. Expertise in leveraging advanced analytical techniques and data insights to drive key decision-making processes and influence development.
