Salesforce development and Marketing cloud requirement 

Salesforce development
Key Responsibilities
• Custom Development: Build custom applications using Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• System Integration: Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Testing & Deployment: Write unit test classes, ensure code coverage, and manage deployments across environments.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Fix bugs, optimize application performance, and maintain data security standards.
• Collaboration: Meet with project managers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and design workflows

Required Skills 
• Experience: hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Lightning components.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security settings, and core clouds (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II is a strong plus)

Marketing cloud
• Journey Orchestration: Design and execute automated customer paths using Journey Builder and Automation Studio across email, SMS, and push channels.

• Development & Personalization: Build responsive emails, CloudPages, and dynamic content blocks utilizing HTML/CSS, AMPscript, SSJS, and JavaScript.

• Data & Integrations: Configure data models, segmentation, and SQL queries, alongside REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.

• Testing & QA: Perform rigorous quality assurance on rendering, tracking, deliverability, and subscriber data management.

Key Skills & Requirements
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, and CSS.
• SFMC Studios: Hands-on experience with Email Studio, MobileConnect, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and Analytics Builder.
• Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant marketing automation experience and at least one active SFMC Certification (such as Certified Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant).
