Lead technical efforts supporting an enterprise IT model focused ontalent, learning/training compliance, foreign-language development, recruiting, selection, and performance management.

Key Requirements
  • Lead a technical team and communicate directly with the Sponsor.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • StrongJava development experience.
  • Hands-onAWS/cloud development and environment management.
  • Experience modernizing and maintainingweb applications, systems, APIs, databases, and services.
  • Ability to recommend solutions that improveUX/UI, delivery speed, quality, modernization, and O&M costs.
  • Experience withCOTS products, especially ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of thefull system accreditation lifecycle.
  • Experience managingTier 1–3 IT support through service-management systems.
  • Develop IT documentation such asSOPs, workflows, knowledge bases, deployment checklists, architecture diagrams, security plans, and administrative procedures.
  • Manage enterprise software lifecycle activities, includingpatching, upgrades, and license renewals.
  • Experience applyingAgile methodology and accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with theSponsor and partner IT organizations.
  • Learning-management applications.
  • Language, compliance, and performance-management applications.
  • Networking and platform-hosting technologies.
