We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong background in SAP FICO to join our dynamic team in Fargo, ND. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement software that meets the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement software solutions that integrate with SAP FICO modules.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and document technical specifications for software development projects.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP FICO applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to enhance system performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FICO applications.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Proficient in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools.
- Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its FICO functionalities.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, SD, or BW.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP FICO.
- Relevant SAP certifications in FICO are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful software development projects.
