Job Title: Software Developer or Full stack Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Rate: $60/hr
Exp level: 3+ years

Job Description:
Must-Have Skills & Qualities
- Technical Skills:
- Node.js and React (primary)
- Python (for AI-related work)
- SQL/PostgreSQL
- Full-stack development in a microservices environment
- Comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects
- Soft Skills / Behavioural:
- Strongcommunication skills, especially for distributed/remote collaboration
- Problem-solving: ability to analyze manual compliance processes and automate effectively
- Initiative & independence: must be proactive, able to own projects, minimal hand-holding
Required Job Qualifications:
- A college degree with a focus in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on design/development experience Writing reusable, testable, efficient code
- Hands-on experience in API design and development with (Strong) NodeJS, Python, using frameworks such as ExpressJS, Flask
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, & MongoDB
- Understanding of server-side templating languages such as EJS
- Strong understanding of modern development patterns: Agile, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, micro-services
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and Redux
- Strong social, verbal, and written communication skills and strong planning skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to address and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques
Other useful qualifications:
- Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, etc.) is a plus
- Cloud SRE Experience is a plus
