- Production support of existing applications
- Analysis, design, coding, and unit/integration testing
- Create and update program specification and detail design documentation
- Application performance tuning
- Mentor junior programmers
- Application development for modernization effort
| 1 | 72 months of experience with Java programming in an IBM environment development using an eclipse based IDE |
| 2 | 84 months of experience developing tax processing systems in a federal, state or municipal agency |
| 3 | 84 months installing, configuring, patching, testing Open Text Exstream software and architecting the design of complex business applications |
| 4 | 84 months of IBM Mainframe COBOL programming experience |
| 5 | 84 months of IBM DB2 for z/OS experience |
