Role Description

We are seeking an experiencedSoft Services Supervisor (Cleaning & Hygiene Supervisor) to oversee and manage cleaning operations across assigned sites. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in line withBICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) standards. You will supervise cleaning teams, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with SOPs across commercial, residential, and specialized environments includingschools .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily soft services operations across assigned sites

• Ensure all cleaning activities comply withBICSc standards and company SOPs

• Conduct routine inspections to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards

• Manage, train, and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent service delivery

• Prepare schedules, work assignments, and duty rosters for housekeeping teams

• Monitor use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables efficiently and safely

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control procedures, especially inhospitals

• Respond to client feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and checklists for audits and inspections

• Coordinate with FM and site teams to ensure smooth service integration

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or equivalent qualification (Facilities Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred)

• 3–6 years of experience in soft services / housekeeping supervision in FM industry

• Strong knowledge ofBICSc cleaning standards and procedures

• Experience working inschools, hospitals, or healthcare environments is a strong advantage

• Experience in Infection Control is a strong advantage

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good understanding of hygiene, infection control, and safety practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• UAE FM experience preferred
