Ready to turn all that social work knowledge into real-world experience? We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Social Work Supervisee to join our behavioral health team!

You’ll work with clients with diverse needs, participate in assessments and treatment planning, provide counseling, and learn alongside a team that values compassionate care, professional growth, and meeting people where they are.

What You’ll Be Up To

- Getting to know your clients: Conduct intake evaluations and assessments to understand their needs, strengths, and goals.

- Doing the meaningful work: Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client.

- Finding the right fit: Help develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with a variety of mental health and behavioral health needs, including older adults.

- Keeping the paperwork in check: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and protect client privacy in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

- Thinking things through: Contribute to diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and discussions about complex clinical presentations.

- Learning as you go: Participate in clinical supervision (at no cost to you!), review cases, ask questions, and continue building your clinical confidence.

- Growing your toolbox: Explore therapeutic approaches and professional development opportunities that help you become the clinician you want to be.

Depending on your training, interests, and client needs, therapeutic approaches may include behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Christian counseling, and other appropriate clinical interventions.

You Might Be Our Person If…

- You have a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited graduate program.

- You’re working toward social work licensure and looking for a supportive environment to gain supervised clinical experience.

- You have a foundation in behavioral health principles and an interest in learning and applying therapeutic techniques.

- You’re comfortable with, or ready to learn, clinical documentation, medical terminology, and patient care procedures.

- You understand the importance of client confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and ethical clinical practice.

- You have strong communication skills and enjoy building genuine, therapeutic relationships.

- You’re curious, open to feedback, and willing to learn from both your successes and your challenges.

- You believe compassionate, individualized care can make a real difference.
