Role Overview

BIOTA Smart Home is seeking a creative and talented Social Media Officer to join our team in Jakarta. As the Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing our social media channels to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence and increase audience engagement.
• Create and schedule social media content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports on key insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance BIOTA's online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.

• Preferably with 2+ years of experience in a creative agency, brand, or startup
• Demonstrated proficiency in using various social media platforms, especially on TikTok
• Having a sense of trend, strategic thinking and bussiness acumen
• Familiar with social media tools, such as Fanpage Karma, Sprout social, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite, etc
• Strong passion for understanding media, digital content, and campaign implementation
• Conduct social listening to track trending topics and emerging content
• Generate and analyze reports on growth and content performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
