This isn't just about posting content: you will own the end-to-end process, from localizing global master assets and managing content calendars to pitching fresh, platform-specific ideas.

What You’ll Do

• Localization & Asset Management: Receive global toolkits, manage copy translation and adaptation, brief designers and copywriters, and handle client approvals through to final sign-off.

• Content Operations: Manage weekly content calendars and posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube using toolsets like ZoomSphere or Sprinklr.

• Local Campaign Production: Join brainstorming sessions for local, platform-first content, brief creative teams, track resources, and manage execution end-to-end.

• Project Coordination: Serve as the crucial link between the client and creative team, keeping timelines, legal and brand compliance, and file specs tight.

Who You Are

• A Strong Communicator: Friendly, clear, and assertive. You know how to balance agency priorities with client expectations.

• Process-Driven & Organized: You love structure, know how to prioritize when 10 things happen at once, and keep track of who holds the ball.

• Tech-Savvy: You do not need to be a designer, but you are comfortable with toolkits and asset specs (you know what layers and source files like `.psd` or `.aep` are).

• Experienced: Comfortable using management and scheduling tools (ZoomSphere, Sprinklr, Basecamp, Google Workspace / MS Office).

• Detail-Oriented Under Pressure: You hold yourself to high standards of accuracy, even during busy campaign launches.
