Our client is seeking aSocial Media Manager / Content Creatorto grow their digital presence, create engaging content, and use social media strategically to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, enquiries, bookings, and physical footfall.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and weekly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Reels, TikToks, photos, gameplay videos, guest experiences, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage.

• Create strong hooks, captions, storytelling concepts, and social-first campaigns.

• Manage daily posting while maintaining visual identity and brand voice.

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and relevant conversations.

• Identify trends and creatively adapt relevant trends to Enzo’s brand.

• Support influencer campaigns, collaborations, giveaways, and promotional activations.

• Create content around new attractions, game launches, events, offers, and seasonal campaigns.

• Work closely with the CGOO and wider marketing team on campaign execution.

• Track social media performance and submit monthly reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, leads, and top-performing content.

• Attend on-site shoots, events, and activations when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related discipline preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in social media management/content creation.

• Strong portfolio is compulsory.

• Experience with entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, gaming, or youth-focused brands is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.

• Canva/Adobe design ability.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

Key KPIs

Performance will be measured through content quality and consistency, follower growth, reach, engagement, enquiries generated, booking/footfall contribution, community response, campaign performance, and timely delivery of content.
