🔍 Key Responsibilities

🎬Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, edit, and post engaging content across all social media platforms, with a heavy focus on producing high-quality reels and visual assets.

🏷️Campaign Support: Support marketing efforts and campaigns specifically tailored to appliance and furniture promotions.

🌐Website Maintenance: Assist with regular updates and content management on the company website.

💬Community Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and messages online.

📊Ad Performance & Analytics: Monitor active ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to pivot or improve results.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred(or equivalent practical experience).

⏳Experience: Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) in a professional capacity.Experience in retail, furniture, or appliance industries is a plus.

🛠️Technical Skills:

• Strong video editing and content creation skills, specifically for short-form video (Reels/TikTok).

• Experience with basic website content management systems (CMS).

• Familiarity with social media analytics and ad tracking tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
