Social Media and Community Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Social Media Management

• Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Stay on top of trends, viral moments, and industry news to create timely and relevant posts.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to improve engagement.

• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

2️⃣ Community Engagement & Growth

• Manage and nurture our online communities across WhatsApp, Discord, and Facebook Groups.

• Foster meaningful conversations and provide support to community members.

• Organize virtual and in-person events, such as AMAs, Q&As, and community challenges.

• Gather feedback from the community and share insights with internal teams.

3️⃣ Content Creation & Storytelling

• Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos.

• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and newsletters that resonate with our audience.

• Assist in executing social media campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.

4️⃣ Collaboration & Strategy Execution

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align social media strategies with company goals.

• Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our reach.

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

✅ A passion for social media, digital marketing, and online communities.
✅ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
✅ Experience managing social media accounts (internships, personal projects, or freelance work count!).
✅ Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
✅ Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).
✅ A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.
