SOCIAL CONTENT COORDINATOR

As aContent & Social Media Coordinator, you are responsible for creating captivating digital and social media content for Von Maur or Dry Goods. You will drive sales and brand presence by optimizing the company’s digital narrative.  

• Produce engaging content for social media platforms including videos, stories, reels, and live media content
• Collect, create and post content for Von Maur or Dry Goods career sites, social media accounts, and employee events, including videos for career site and employee onboarding process
• Maintain store event images 
• Evaluatecontent and trends; track and report the effectiveness of content engagement and views
• Use hardware, design, and editing software to create high quality material
• Write copy, create themes, designs and layouts
• Attend trend shows, photoshoots, grand openings and other large events; gather assets (images/video) for social media or internal use

Qualifications for this position:

• Proficient in all social media channels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, branding or related field.
• Must demonstrate creativity, strong copy writing and copy-editing skills.
• Able to travel up to 50% of working time.

This position is required to work on-site at the corporate office in Davenport, Iowa.
