About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management professional with strong expertise in Qualys security solutions, vulnerability assessment, reporting, and enterprise security operations.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Qualys modules, integrating Qualys with ServiceNow, performing vulnerability analysis, and supporting enterprise-wide vulnerability management programs.

Essential Job Functions:

• Administer and manage Qualys modules including VM, PC, WAS, Cloud Agent, Container Security, and related security solutions.
• Integrate and support Qualys with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB environments.
• Handle day-to-day vulnerability management activities including ad-hoc scan requests, report generation, executive reporting, agent troubleshooting, and authentication issue resolution.
• Manage onboarding and removal of hosts within the Qualys platform.
• Analyze, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities based on risk and business impact.
• Perform regular and zero-day vulnerability scanning across the enterprise environment.
• Publish vulnerability reports and findings to relevant stakeholders and technology teams.
• Ensure complete infrastructure coverage for scheduled, continuous, and emergency scanning activities.
• Coordinate with operations, security, and infrastructure teams for remediation efforts.
• Raise and track ServiceNow tickets related to vulnerability management activities.
• Support compliance, audit, and security governance initiatives through reporting and documentation.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and vulnerability management standards.

Qualifications:
Must-Have Requirements

• Good experience with Qualys modules such as VM, PC, WAS, Cloud Agent, and Container Security.
• Experience integrating Qualys with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• Extensive experience handling vulnerability scans, reporting, authentication issues, agent management, and host lifecycle management.
• Experience analyzing and prioritizing vulnerabilities.
• Experience scanning environments for zero-day vulnerabilities and publishing findings.
• Ability to ensure complete enterprise coverage for vulnerability assessment activities.

Should-Have Requirements

• Good understanding of ServiceNow for incident, change, and ticket management.

Good-to-Have Requirements

• Experience with Qualys VMDR.
• Experience with StealthAUDIT or similar security assessment tools.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, BigFix, or endpoint management solutions.

Education & Certifications

• Graduate degree preferred – B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA.
• Qualys Certified Specialist certifications for VM, PC, and WAS are mandatory.
• CCNA certification is preferred.

Experience

• Overall 3+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management.

• Experience working in a global support or security practice environment.
• Highly motivated with strong ownership and accountability.
• Strong MS Office, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
