Assist the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales team in preparing, organizing, and archiving FAB (Subscription Application Form) documents and other supporting sales documents.
Monitor and track the status of new customer sales processes, ensuring relevant information is updated accurately and regularly.
Maintain and organize customer and sales-related data to support accurate and timely administrative processes.
Support the Sales team with other administrative tasks and documentation related to the customer acquisition process.

Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling data and documents.
Able to manage administrative tasks in a timely manner and willing to learn about sales processes.
Good communication skills and able to work effectively with the Sales team.
