A Smartsheet Control Center Specialist designs, builds, and maintains scalable portfolio management blueprints, core intake workflows, and global project updates.

Key responsibilities include governance enforcement, portfolio aggregation, and system automation

Smart sheet Control Center certification is optional.

• Smartsheet Control Center Administration: Extensive experience in configuring and managing Smartsheet Control Center, including Blueprint design, Profile Data management, Global Updates, template governance, and enterprise-scale project provisioning
• API Automation & Custom Development: Proficient in Python, Node.js, and scripting-based automation to develop integrations, orchestrate workflows, automate data synchronization, and streamline reporting processes through APIs
• Data Engineering & Migration Solutions: Strong expertise in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines, ingesting, and transforming structured and unstructured data, managing attachments and metadata, and ensuring data quality across enterprise platforms
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Led end-to-end project execution including integrated project planning, stakeholder workshops, risk/issue/dependency management, status reporting, UAT coordination, cutover planning, post-go-live support, and cross-functional alignment between business teams, technical teams, source system owners, and Smartsheet administrators
