Key roles & responsibilities

• Assembling of sensors with rail claw and plate as per manufacturing instruction
• Installation of sensors at site
• Strict adherence to the quality process and documentation
• Assembly of mechanical parts as per the requirement sheet
• Testing of boards as per the manufacturing instruction
• Inspection of conformal coating as per the specification and requirements
• Basic operating principle of temperature and burn in test chambers
• Handling knowledge of active and passive components in PCB
• Soldering of boards as per the requirement sheet and standards
• Wiring of axle counter racks, relay racks, reset cubicles, co-operative reset panel according to interface circuit.
• Installation of axle counting systems at sites
• Plan the activities related to assignments in advance so that the planned activities are executed on time
• Reporting of activities, issues and problems related to work execution to higher ups so that progress is up to date with the higher ups and problems are solved immediately.
• Production reporting through ERP
• Supporting to RDSO inspection
