- Gather raw resource for processing, measuring, mixing and cooking raw materials.
- measure and grade batches of raw material and feed them into production machinery
- look through work orders to determine type and quantity of material needed for each production batch.
- set up and operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols of the company
- operate and maintain machines, inspecting and packing final product
- ensure to clean and sterilize plant proesssing area
- participane in dying and bleaching materials, pressing, stretching or waterproofing materials at factory
- load and unload proudcts to and from delivery vehicles by ensuring their safety
- communicate problems with machinery and raw and end products to the supervisor
- to implement the EHS compliance as per sika policy
- any other tasks assigned from time to time from superivsor
- maintain sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information
- ensure that all ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures are followed
- to perform other duties assigned by management.
- secondary school graduate
- Able to read and write Khmer
- English is a plus
