Job Trainee - Purchase

TheRadisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi Paschim Vihar is a 5-star upscale property on Outer Ring Road in West Delhi. It features 178 rooms and suites, four dining options, a large fitness center, an outdoor pool, a spa, and versatile event spaces

• Assist in preparing and processingPurchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with various hotel departments regarding their material requirements.
• Assist in obtaining quotations from approved vendors and maintaining quotation records.
• Coordinate with suppliers regardingprice, availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Assist in comparing quotations and preparing comparative statements.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and other procurement documents.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with the Stores Department for receiving and verifying purchased items.
• Assist in maintaining updated vendor and product information.
• Ensure purchasing activities are carried out as per hotel policies and procedures.
• Support the Purchase Manager/Executive in routine administrative and documentation work.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of procurement-related information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers / Candidates with internship experience in hospitality or procurement may apply.
