Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality

• Implement the management system and ISO/IEC 17025 

• Conduct testing per international standards such as ASTM F963, EN 71, ISO 8124 and etc. 

• Prepare and organize technical testing results and reports 

• Work with Sample Control during sample handling 

• Carry out maintenance and calibration plan of the laboratory 

• Involve in testing capability development under supervision of senior staff 

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder of Physics or any Engineering discipline 

• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 and accreditations requirements 

• Good communication skills 

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite 

• 0-1 years experience in physical testing laboratory with HOKLAS / other international accreditation bodies 

• Experience in testing laboratories is highly desirable 

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese 

• Analytical mind and logical thinking
