Key Responsibilities

• Lead theend-to-end tendering and bidding process for PMC, consultancy and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and identify relevanttenders, RFPs, EOIs, RFQs and EOI-cum-RFP opportunities from government, PSU, multilateral agencies and private clients.
• Review tender documents, RFPs, TORs, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, commercial conditions and contractual provisions.
• Conductbid/no-bid assessments based on eligibility, technical capability, commercial viability, competition and strategic fit.
• Develop tender strategy, bid plans, submission schedules and responsibility matrices.
• Coordinate with technical teams to preparetechnical proposals, methodology, work plans, staffing plans and project organization structures.
• Lead preparation and review ofEOIs, RFP responses, technical proposals, financial proposals and presentations.
• Identify and evaluate suitable experts and professionals required for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with HR/recruitment teams forCV sourcing, screening, compliance checking and preparation of CVs in prescribed RFP formats.
• Ensure that proposed experts meet thequalification, experience, age and project-specific eligibility requirements specified in the RFP.
• Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, finance, legal and contracts teams for bid preparation.
• Review BOQs, financial schedules, man-month requirements, professional fees, reimbursables and other commercial components.
• Prepare and reviewcost estimates, financial models and commercial bid submissions.
• Ensure compliance with tender instructions, forms, declarations, affidavits, undertakings and submission requirements.
• Manage pre-bid queries and coordinate preparation ofclarifications and responses to client queries.
• Coordinate with consortium partners, JV partners, subcontractors and specialist agencies wherever required.
• Maintain a database ofongoing, upcoming and submitted bids, competitors, clients and project opportunities.
• Track tender outcomes and conductbid analysis / lessons learned for unsuccessful and successful bids.
• Develop and maintain standard templates for technical proposals, CVs, project sheets, methodologies and tender documentation.
• Ensure all bids are submitted within stipulated deadlines with complete documentation and required approvals.
• Support management in developingbusiness development and tendering strategies for targeted infrastructure sectors.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, consortium partners and key stakeholders relevant to tender opportunities.
• Mentor and manage the tendering team and establish efficient bid management processes.

Bachelor's degree inEngineering / Architecture / Planning / Management or related discipline. 15–20+ years of overall experience,
