We’re looking for aProject Manager who is ready to:

• 🛠Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
• 📂Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
• 💰Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.

• 🚀Your Impact as a Project Manager You will be responsible for deliveringcomplex and critical design work, which may includeFEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering.

📌Your Key Accountabilities:

✅Deliver assigneddesign work 
📉Manage cost and schedule performance.

👥Lead and support assigned project managers.
📑Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 🎓Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
• 📅Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment.
• 🛠Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making.
• 💼Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management.
• 📋Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
• 🤝Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
• 🗣Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.

Location: Any AEIL Office
