As aCSC-CN Fleet Personnel Intern atBSM,you will be overseeing crew planning, recruitment, rotation, and development while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and cost efficiency to support safe and continuous vessel operations.

Job Description:

Assists in the administrative duties necessary for the accurate implementation of the recruitment plan and provides support to team members whenever required. Ensure environmental compliance policies are upheld.

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree

• Senior student in University and will graduate in 2027

Work Experience:

• No prior relevant experience required but preferred

Job-Specific Skills:

• Familiarity with the maritime operations

• Very good communication skills

• Team work and cooperation

• Fluency in English

• PC literacy
