Digital Engagement Specialist

As aDigital Engagement SpecialistatBSM, you will create engaging visual and multimedia content for the Group's digital and print communications, while supporting digital channels and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials, including infographics, brochures, flyers, banners and event collateral.

• Translate marketing and communication requirements into clear visual concepts that align with the Group’s brand standards.

• Create and edit video and visual content for digital channels and marketing campaigns.

• Adapt and optimise content for different formats, platforms, audiences and purposes.

• Support content development, scheduling, channel management and updates across the Group’s digital channels.

• Provide broader support for Group marketing and communication initiatives, as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• Experience designing materials for digital and print use.

• Experience in video editing and production.

• Strong creative judgement and attention to detail.

• Collaborative working style and willingness to learn and develop.

• Experience in digital content creation or channel management is advantageous.
