WorkingunderthedirectionoftheSKYWILD/FLYWAYManager,this positionassistswithoperationalleadership,safetyoversight, and staffcoordination toensure a safe,engaging,and high-qualityadventureexperienceforall guests.

PositionSummary

TheAssistantManager overseesdaily operationsofthe aerialadventure parkand zipline,including staffsupervisionandtraining, guestsafety,equipment management,andoperational procedures.Thisrolerequiresstrong leadership,excellent communication, andthe abilityto make timelydecisionsin adynamicoutdoorenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities

Operations & Safety

• AssistwiththedailyoperationofSKYWILDandtheFLYWAYZipline inaccordancewithACCTstandardsandlocal operatingprocedures.
• Superviseguests oncourse and ensureall participantsfollow safety guidelinesand groundschoolinstructions.
• Monitorand inspectequipment,harnesses, andcourse elementsto ensuresafe operation.
• Respondappropriately toincidents oremergency situationsand followestablished protocols.
• Performroutineoperational checksand reportmaintenance needsor safetyconcerns totheManager.

Staff Leadership

• Supervise,train,andsupportSKYWILD/FLYWAY staffduringdailyoperations.
• Delegatetasksand ensure staff arefollowing proceduresand safetystandards.
• Provideclearcommunication, coaching,anddirection toteammembers.
• Assistwithopening andclosing proceduresfor thecourse andoperationsoffice.

Guest Experience

• Deliverexceptional customerservice andcreatea welcomingenvironment forall participants.
• Provideclear instructionand guidance toguests oncourse navigationand proper equipmentuse.
• Addressandresolve guestconcernsprofessionally andefficiently.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Documentoperational issues,maintenance needs,and incidentreports asrequired.
• Maintainoperationalreadiness ofequipmentand facilities.
• Communicateoperationalneeds andupdatesto theSKYWILD/FLYWAYManager ordesignatedleadership.

Qualifications

• Mustbe atleast 18 yearsof age.
• Abilitytomeet coursesafety requirements,including a maximumweight of250 lbs.
• Abilitytoworkcomfortablyat heightsupto50 feet.
• Abilitytocomplete allcourseelements aspartof operationaltraining.
• Strongleadership,teamwork,andcommunicationskills.
• Abilitytomake sounddecisions quickly in a safety-focusedenvironment.
• Availabilitytowork flexiblehours includingdays, evenings,weekends, andholidays.
